Our work on the product started at the beginning of 2017 with participation in the pitch. After losing (sic!), The client turned to our agency and offered cooperation. Our task was to create portal to manage digital services for the car fleet. Additionally, I was also engaged in creating a landing page informing potential customers about the product. Work on the product proceeded in agile methodologies and in sprint cycles.
From the very beginning, we created and developed design system for the project which based on the basic Mercedes styleguide. However, recently Mercedes Pro style is starting to merge with system created for the Mercedes Vans.
At the begininng of each sprint we started with ideation session and after that we come up with ideas to cover new stories. We prioritize mobile over desktop views.
We always strive to present to the client product as functioning mock-ups. We proposed many smart and slick micro interactions to improve overall user experience.
